Livia is an associate attorney with Romanovsky Law Offices, practicing in all areas of business-immigration, family-immigration, naturalization and deportation defense. In 2008, she received her Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. While at Cardozo, Livia became passionate about immigration law after being selected to participate in the school’s Immigration Clinic and working for a semester with the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society. She is also a graduate of the University of Bucharest Law School in Bucharest, Romania.
Livia is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She has been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
